The goal of this campaign was to increase SFO’s positive brand association, and to build awareness of the WAG brigade at SFO. WAG brings therapy dogs to the airport in order to improve the mood of travelers.

This campaign consisted of "ski cabin" photo opportunities for travelers to have their photo taken with the dogs, large-scale ads throughout the airport, take over of SFO FaceBook and Twitter pages, and social ads and posts to build awareness and let people know when and where the dogs would be in the airport.

Another essential part of the campaign where the adorable ugly sweater the dogs could wear during this campaign. Photos form the "ski cabin" were shared through organic posts. The campaign went viral with travelers sharing their own posts with friends and family, giving SFO a brand perception boost.

This campaign has won the Marcom Platinum Award 2018
